Jenni Snell

Jenni Snell, 34, originally from Lanark, is the current CEO of the Young Women’s Movement. Jenni joined the Movement in 2018 as a participant on Young Women Lead and four years later became CEO of the Young Women’s Movement in 2022.

Jenni reflects on the ‘surreal’ nature of her whirlwind 4 year transition from a participant on Young Women Lead to becoming CEO of the Movement aged 29. Reflecting on her four years in post as CEO, Jenni shares her ups and downs whilst maintaining the privilege it has been to be leading The Young Women’s Movement through a pivotal period in the organisation’s history.
