88, originally from England and currently residing in Glasgow, Ellen was a resident of the YW Hostel in Park Circus Place in Glasgow. She described the supportive and safe atmosphere of the hostel as well as some of her favorite memories.

When reflecting on the hostel’s impact, she said that it not only gave her independence but it saved her life. She also spoke about the impact of Christianity on both the organisation and her personally.
