25, originally from Inverness and currently residing in London, Áine is an active Trustee for the YWM and spent time on the Advisory Collective for the organisation as well. She emphasised the importance of incorporating highlanders in The Young Women’s Movement, supporting young women and championing gender equity in Scotland and beyond.

She has been involved in projects such as the Cost of Living Crisis and the Rosa Campaign, utilising a community focused approach to deliver participatory research through an intersectional lens, and her favourite memory is attending the EYWCA in Budapest, Hungary.
