Muminah Koleoso
24, originally from Nigeria and currently residing in Dumfries, Muminah was a member of the Young Women Lead project and made an appearance on 30 under 30 list at age 24.
Representing The Young Women’s Movement, she had the opportunity to speak at Scottish Parliament for the Women’s Parliamentary Commonwealth Conference and participated in the inaugural co-design group for the Inaugural Young Women and Democracy Summit.
One of her favorite memories is attending the EYWCA study session in Budapest where she formed strong international friendships and recognised shared hardships for women cross-culturally.
