Originally from England and currently residing in Glasgow, Heidi is an active volunteer for The Young Women’s Movement and spent time as a Life-long Learning Officer and Now Programmes Coordinator for the movement as well.

While working in Glasgow she helped deliver IT and ESOL courses which provided young women with a range of new skills and personal autonomy.

She also detailed the merger which brought about massive changes to the organisation and newfound connections with local colleges. Lastly, she enthusiastically described The Young Women’s Movement as a feminist organisation and was incredibly thankful for the opportunities and personal development it has provided.
