Join our team

We work across Scotland supporting young women and girls to lead positive change on issues that matter to them. Collaboration, participation, and feminist leadership are three core principles underpinning our work.

Our staff support young women and girls to develop vital confidence and leadership skills, produce innovative research on the issues affecting young women and girls, and platform young women’s voices to key decision makers, businesses and stakeholders.

Benefits include comprehensive training opportunities, competitive salaries, a 4-day (28 hour) working week with flexible working options, and inclusive policies for parental and menopause leave to promote staff’s wellbeing.
