Pronouns: she/her

Chloe has pale skin and dark hair tied back. She is wearing a white t-shirt and appears to be in an office.

Chloé serves as a councillor for Irvine, having been elected to North Ayrshire Council in 2022 at the age of 22. Her election made her the youngest councillor in North Ayrshire and the youngest woman currently elected in Ayrshire.

Coming from a working-class background, she is driven to ensure that local people are represented and that decision-making reflects their lived experiences.

As North Ayrshire’s Young People’s Champion, Chloé focuses on listening to young people, celebrating their achievements, and making sure their voices are included in shaping local policy. In 2025, she took on the role of Cabinet Member for Health and Social Care, overseeing a key portfolio and working with partners to support the local delivery of care and health services.

Beyond her council responsibilities, Chloé works as a Policy and Participation Officer for Aberlour Children’s Charity, helping to improve outcomes for disadvantaged families and ensuring their views are meaningfully included in policy development.

Chloé continues to focus on collaboration, fairness, and inclusion—values that underpin her work across both local government and the third sector.
