Girlhood in a Digital Age: Social Media and Wellbeing

Girlhood in a Digital Age

Social Media and Wellbeing

On 23 May 10am-2pm at The Boardwalk in Glasgow, The Young Women’s Movement, in collaboration with Edinburgh Napier University, will be delivering a workshop for our project ‘Girlhood in a Digital Age: Social Media and Wellbeing’.

On the day, we’ll be exploring a pre-existing workshop blueprint, activities, resources, and co-designing a toolkit for approaching this topic in schools and youth spaces.

The intention of the event is to bring together young people across this age group, to make new friends, and work together to help build an educational toolkit that really works for young women like them. The toolkit will then be rolled out in educational settings across Scotland.
