Young Women Work: Investing in young women in the workplace

This is an interactive workshop for professionals about workplace gender inequality, taking place at SCVO’s The Gathering. We have been working with a collective of young women to co-design a new campaign aimed at employers and business leaders to understand and counter the challenges faced by young women in the workplace. This event will inform organisations about the root causes of workplace inequality and give them tools and strategies to address them.
