Join The Young Women’s Movement this International Women’s Day for a film screening! We asked, and you answered – we’re watching Barbie (2023)!

Barbie and Ken are having the time of their lives in the seemingly perfect world of Barbie Land. However, when they get a chance to go to the outside world, they soon discover the joys and perils of living among regular humans.

This event is targeted at 16-25 year old young women (incl. trans women) and non-binary people who feel comfortable in a space that centres the experience of young women. Reasonable expenses supporting your attendance will be covered, and food will be provided.

Young Women Thrive is a series of wellbeing focused workshops targeted at young women to share experiences, learn skills and create positive change. This series is funded by the Glasgow Wellbeing Fund.
