Mercy is a multi-award winning marketer, founder of Who You Know (WYK) and podcast host of Gen Z career podcast Audacity of We. She is passionate about connecting people to opportunity.

Who You Know is a future workforce consultancy helping the next generation thrive in their careers. WYK connects Gen Z and early-career talent with the mentors, employers, experiences and insights needed to build successful careers.

Audacity of We is a Gen Z career podcast that helps provide insights and advice from guests across the world on how to navigate the early stages of your career. Mercy hosts conversations exploring the needs and perspectives of the Gen Z workforce as well as advice that senior leaders and Gen Z trailblazers wish they knew at the beginning of their careers.

She is also passionate about platforming talent, building community and connecting people to opportunity. Mercy has done this through co-founding an award-winning marketing and creative internship programme named Futures UNLOCKED, providing 45+ paid internships and free workshops for a network of 600+ emerging creatives across Scotland.

Throughout her career, she has been awarded for 2025’s The Media Leader’s 50 Black Women Gamechangers in Media, 2024 Campaign’s IPA iList, 2023 Media Week 30 under 30, The Media Leader Future 100 Club and 2022 Advertising Association’s BRiM Changemaker and now The Young Women’s Movement 30 under 30 list.
