This year, we’ve continued to stand alongside young women and girls fighting for equality and justice. Our work has built momentum across Scotland, from classrooms and community spaces to grassroots organisations and governments. We will continue to create space for young women and girls to thrive.
This work have never been more vital. At a time of rising misogyny, regressive rhetoric and reduced funding for equality work, we remain focused on our mission to create a Scotland where all young women and thrive, lead and demand change. The achievements in this year’s impact report are a testament to the resilience, courage, and collective power of young women and girls in Scotland.
In 2024/2025, we:
Worked with 960 young women through our research and policy work, amplifying their voices in places where decisions that affect their lives are made
Welcomed 466 young women to our programmes, where they learnt about their rights and led campaigns on issues that matter to them
Published our 7th Status of Young Women in Scotland research report, exploring how young women experience, access and advocate for their human rights
Celebrated our 100th anniversary, using our centenary to bring our communities together and celebrate our collective history of making change for young women in Scotland
