Favour Agbontaen is an internationally recognised advocate, global speaker, and youth leader championing human rights, girls’ education, and the fight against human trafficking. A delegate for UN Women UK and a Youth Leader at Pachedu, she has become one of the most dynamic young voices representing the next generation of global changemakers. 

Favour has spoken at the United Nations Headquarters in Geneva, where she delivered powerful addresses on gender equality, education, and youth empowerment. Her advocacy focuses on dismantling systemic barriers that prevent girls and young women from accessing education and opportunities, amplifying the message that equality and education are the foundation for lasting global progress. 

In addition to her international advocacy, Favour is the founder of The Power of Education, an inspiring global initiative that brings together leading academics, activists, and speakers from world-renowned universities to encourage young people to pursue education as a tool for empowerment and change. The project has reached and inspired hundreds of students, creating a growing network of youth leaders passionate about education and social justice. 

A skilled communicator and strategist, Favour also harnesses the power of social media to raise awareness on pressing human rights issues  from gender-based violence to modern slavery reaching diverse audiences and mobilising youth action worldwide. Her digital advocacy has become a platform for education, empowerment, and meaningful dialogue among young changemakers. 

Through her leadership at Pachedu, Favour works tirelessly to build inclusive spaces where young people, especially from underrepresented backgrounds, can lead with purpose and confidence.
