Beth Black

Age: 22
Location: Glasgow

Beth is a musician, disability advocate and feminist. She is self-employed which gives her the freedom to chase her passions. Her current work highlights include playing in a band alongside five incredible musicians who are blind and have additional support needs, running a feminist choir and designing accessible higher education music courses for school leavers with additional support needs.

Beth is also the shouty bassist/keyboard player in a few bands and has a musical feminist side hustle; the feminist choir – Bad Gals Singing Club. The club showcases music written by women that portrays feminism and brings together more feminist pals. If you’re a Glasgow-based feminist, go and join for a sing!
