Jane is on a mission to make science accessible for women, and is blowing the male scientist stereotype right out the water.

After graduating with a BSc in Biology, Jane walked into a science sector dominated by men, but that’s not held her back. With a wealth of experience under her belt, Jane works full time at Scottish Environmental Protection Agency – a public body committed to protecting and improving the Scottish environment, and has taken part in our very own Young Women Lead programme (@scotwomenrise).

She’s an advocate for more young women to be involved in STEM, and a co-founder of the 2050 Climate Group with the goal of empowering young people to take part in the fight against climate change.
