I aim to work every day for a fairer and more equal society.

I’m currently working for the Scottish Government in equalities and human rights where I’m working closely with colleagues inside and outside of government to drive forward an ambitious agenda to create a better Scotland. I’m also the Co-Chair of the Disabled Staff Network where I share my lived experience of dyslexia, dyspraxia and mental health issues and champion inclusive and accessible communications throughout Government. I don’t like to not be busy so earlier this year I raised almost £500 for the Miles for Refugees Challenge by walking, cycling and swimming 108 miles. My motto in life is: lift as you climb.
