Rachel is an advocate for gender equality within financial services in Scotland.

She is the events lead for Women in Banking and Finance in Scotland and is also heavily involved in Scottish Financial Enterprise GEN (Gender Equality Network).

Rachel was a previous nominee of ‘Women in Finance’ in May 2023.
