We’ve teamed up with Smart Work Scotland for an event designed to help young women build confidence and skills for finding work.

This joint event hosted by Smart Works Scotland and The Young Women’s Movement will cover:

• Building your confidence
• Identifying and celebrating your strengths and skills
• Common challenges when job-hunting and how to overcome them
• Practical tips to help you prepare well on the interview day (everything from your body language, to breathing exercises and more)
• A chance to network and connect with other young women who are navigating job-searching
• A chance to hear more about the services that Smart Works Scotland offer and sign up for one of their 1-2-1 Career Coaching or Interview Dressing and Preparation appointments.

This event is open to self-identifying young women aged 16–25 who are unemployed or on zero-hour contracts. There is funding available to support your participation e.g. travel expenses and childcare costs.
