We’re co-hosting a confidence club with Wise Women to explore what confidence and self-esteem is and learn tools to critically analyse what negatively impacts on our confidence and self-esteem.

To make this event more accessible to those who may not usually be able to attend, we will cover expenses so you can join the event e.g. childcare and travel costs.

This free workshop is open to young women and non-binary people aged 16–30 living and/or working in Glasgow, with a maximum of 25 participants.

Young Women Thrive is a series of wellbeing workshops funded by the Glasgow Communities Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund.
