Eve is a freelance journalist working for different publications (The Guardian, The Independent, Vice, The Pool…) which gives her the freedom to cover stories that she is really interested in. She specialises in social affairs and inequalities and focuses a little bit in gender even though she doesn’t like to box herself in as just a feminist journalist.

She studied sociology and socio-anthropology at Edinburgh University, and was interested in media and journalist so did radio, but didn’t see it as a viable career at the time. Then she started to write a blog alongside her radio show, and the positive feedback she received about it convinced to her to try freelance writing.  Since she graduated she’s been working other jobs, but last year she decided to quit them to focus on her freelance career. She admits it’s quite an unusual way to do it, but she loves what she’s doing now!
